Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Index Checker Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our affiliate program. By signing up, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Enrollment
To enroll in the Index Checker Affiliate Program, you must complete the application form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 25% recurring commission on all payments made by referred customers for as long as they remain active subscribers. Commissions are calculated on the net amount after any discounts or refunds.
3. Payment
Commissions will be paid out monthly via PayPal or bank transfer, subject to a minimum threshold of $50. Payments are processed within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
4. Referral Tracking
Referrals are tracked using cookies with a 60-day duration. A referral is credited to the affiliate when a customer clicks on the affiliate's unique referral link and completes a purchase within the cookie duration period.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Using false or misleading advertising
- Spamming or using unsolicited marketing methods
- Bidding on trademarked terms in pay-per-click campaigns
- Creating fake accounts or referring themselves
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, the affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
7. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Index Checker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the affiliate program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
